File Transfer not using Internet

Is there any way of sharing files to a different area wherein there is no internet access?

Just like a radio, but instead of audio, data will be sent and if there is how can someone avail it?

Hey Elvis!

It is impossible to send data without internet access. However if you have to share the data in same area, you can use a flash drive. If the data is of large amount, you can use external Hard Disks. There is one more way and that is to burn the CD. Use CD/DVD writers to burn the Cd and send that CD to the desired area.

If we talk about Radio, it only send audio data. On the other hand we have technology like Bluetooth and Infrareds that can send data other than audio data but they cover a specific range of area.
