Greetings to all techyv people, I am posting here my problem regarding file maker, when I am about to start my encoding job after a break, I could no longer open the file that I used a while ago, a message pop up my screen that [FileMaker][FileMaker JDBC] (802): Unable to open file.
[FileMaker][FileMaker JDBC] (802): Unable to open file
As the above error message appeared my screen, I was deeply troubled on what happened to the file, I did not scan my computer for some virus, I am afraid that the anti virus software might delete my file in case there is a virus,
Please share your opinion on my post,
Thanks to all who read my post.
FileMaker Unable to open file

I'm posting a link, this will surely going to help you

Your file seems to set as single user mode. Change the settings of it and convert that to multi user mode and then you surely be able to open the file with remote administration. You also check your sharing as well see that you’re properly login in that. To see that hit start menu button then go to the file maker pro, open network settings and check the setting, usually this causes the corrupt folder.

FileMaker Unable to open file
Hi,
I read your post regarding an error you encountered when you tried to open an important file using FileMaker. The error may be caused by a problem in your database. You can try isolating the issue by using this tool: Troubleshooting Tool for database
If the tool states that you passed the test, then there may be a problem with the username and password set.
Hope this helps
