Hello, I have linked my gmail account to facebook. I have some important pictures and files to restore. So, Now I need those files to backup and restore for facebook. Please can you help me to go on with this?

Facebook is the best social site in the world, and it is so famous and popular.

You can keep a backup of your entire Facebook profile. You can also manually back up all of your pictures, cover photos, friend’s pictures, and more, but there is not an option on Facebook to restore them, so you must restore your profile manually.

Files to backup and restore for Facebook

If you need to restore pictures you uploaded to Facebook that you deleted before, your Gmail account is not capable of restoring those images you deleted. Whatever email address you add to your Facebook account, you cannot use it to restore your Facebook data or the images and videos you deleted from your Facebook account.

The purpose of adding an email address to a Facebook account is for security and a way to recover your account in case you forgot your password. Facebook doesn’t store all your videos and pictures to your email account. Whatever data it is you deleted from your Facebook account, it will be deleted for good. Facebook doesn’t maintain a database of every user’s data.

When you delete something from your Facebook account, it will be gone for good.
