Fill Text Box automatically in MSWORD to series number for printing.

I have to print 500 application form made of MS WORD  for Computer training Center. Each form has a separete serial no. just like 001,002 within a Text Box. Now I have to change the serial number each time before print one form. But it is very helpful to me if there is any way to automate the serial number in the Text Box and print the form just 1 to 500 easily.

Dear Tahaj,

This is to inform you Word is typing software but It has function to adjust many things rather not advance. Also, you will not found like these option in EXCEL and If found then It will very hard to align 500 pages in MS Excel. This is to advise that please use the Header function of MS Word according to your forms. This will be very helpful. Also, you can use MS Word footer you will see a many choices when you will open the MS word Header and footer. You can make heading like you form upper area, and set the code area whether left, right or center in header and footer position. Afterward, MS Word automatically selects the all forms in numbers whether you set 1000 pages. You will no need to add number one by one. This process is simple. In the menu you can find header and footer option.
