Final cut pro x fails to recognize files

Hi there,

Does anyone know how to round –trip from Final Cut Pro X ? Because when I do this following the standard steps this error appears. It doesn’t matter how long the clip is, the error is the same. Can anyone help me please ?

Final cut pro x fails to recognize files

This type of error can caused by the "Force Conform" Follow the steps below to fix the issue.

• Create a simple "Pillar box" mask.
• Now go format > output > left/ right blanking.
• Switch on "show title safe"
• You can open it from the drop down menu, in the top of your screen.
• Create a video file with safe area in black and white.
•  Then screen it on with layer node. 
• Now there will be no issue.

There is another way to solve the issue. Follow the steps below.

• Set up the canvas according to the ratio.
•  Use the actual masking and blanking of davinci.
• You can use simply 2.35 blanking.
