Hello, i am developing a web site for promote newly introduced soft drink and i want to add consumer complaint to my website. Please give an idea how to do it?

Hello Miller,

 

You can maintain a separate page to get customer feedback. You can use Questioner, survey, ranking system or consumer complaints to get the customer satisfaction about your production. If your web site is a content management system(CMS) then you can easily download plugins for it.there are plenty of plugins to get customer feedback for CMS like word press, joomla etc. If it is not a CMS you can manually create a form to get customer complaints.
