When the inbox of your email has many emails and you need to clear it without deleting the emails, you archive them. But if you want to retrieve or have a look at those mails then how tofind archived emails in Outlook 2010?

Find Archived Emails In Outlook 2010

1.1) Log into your email.

1.2) Within your inbox archived emails are identified with ‘A’ icon and are present in All Mail tab.

1.3) Archived emails show the partial email with a link to download the full one.

1.4) Click the link. This will redirect you to net browser. 1.5) Log into your Outlook account and you can access to the archived email.

Another way to access archived mails is as follows:

2.1) Log into your account with the username and password.

2.2) Go to File menu and click on open.

2.3) Click on Open Outlook data file.

2.4) Go to the drive where you save archived emails and click on the ‘archives’.

2.5) In your inbox go to ‘All Mails’ folder. In that, go to‘archives’ folder. Now you can access archived emails.
