Hello Techies, I have to find out the version of windows server. Not sure how to check it from command prompt. Please help me with steps.

Find out the version of windows server.

• It supports very efficient and extensive control over the data storage across the network.
• The first version of Windows Server is 2003.
• The version of windows server can be found out using command “winver”.
• Connect to windows server remotely using Remote Desktop.
• Open the DOS command prompt and type “winver”.
• It gives the version and edition of the windows server.
