In offices and banks, the need of printouts of presentations and letters is frequent. Each cannot afford printer for their own, and even space would be required more. Thus people prefer to share printers. How can I find a printer on my network to cut down the operational costs and space?
To Find A Printer On My Network To Cut Down Operational Costs.
WINDOWS 10
1) Switch on the printer.Connect it to the network.
2) Go to control panel.
3) Select hardware and sound ->device and printers.
4) Click on add a printer.
5) Select Add a Network, Wireless or Bluetooth printer.
6) Do the scanning and select the printer you want to use. If your printer is not listed click on add printers and add it by name or IP address.
