Is there any alternative to Pitney Bowes? It’s used by my organization for mailings but they have horrible services, and I don’t want to continue with them. Apart from having the bad customer support, billing service is complex with high fees. Are there any options that would save me from this misery?

Finding alternative to Pitney Bowes services
Hi, I am a user of Stamps.com. $10 a month is paid by me as service cost. After opening my account, they equipped me with a scale, and DYMO 450 along with Twin Turbo was bought for $50 during a sale on Staples.com. I haven't faced any issues with them.
But for printing postage, I rarely use DYMO. Printing postages directly proves handy. DYMO proves useful for big shipments.
I am not a regular user of official mails. Keeping forms of RR and certified mails in the office are my habit. Stamps.com allows printing services as well.
However, if you are focusing on CM, purchasing CM sheets from Stamps.com would be handy. Printing those would avoid a lot of manual work.
