My Operating System is Windows 7, 64 bit. I am using Outlook 2010 also. I do not know how to find out which version of Outlook is being used. I had been using Outlook 2010 for quite some time, but it is not seen now. The problem that I am facing is that whenever I click any hyperlink, which is provided in the email, I get an error message. Can anyone help me in solving this problem? ? ????
Finding out Outlook’s version and error message while clicking hyperlink
Hi user
Checking your version of MS Outlook is easy. All you have to do is to click About Microsoft Outlook under the help menu and you will get all the information about the outlook program you are using including update version, license status and license key. I hope this helped you.
The reason for hyperlink not working could be caused by spyware, which tamper with your emails for their purpose of directing you to ads. You need to have an Anti-Spyware to prevent such things; anti- virus alone is not good enough to detect spyware.
Another cause could be that this is an issue in a particular version of Outlook. You can only hope that an update will fix the issue.
