Hi all experts,
I am working with Google Spreadsheets. I have to design some documents on Spreadsheet and forward them to clients. I am not able to share that document with others, I have contacted Google DOC help but not able to resolve my problem. Can anyone help me out by sharing my Spreadsheet with others.

The first step is to log in to your Google DOCs account. After that, click on browse docs and spreadsheets on the button at the right hand corner. After that click on the sheet you would like the share. Then click the collaborate button, and from the given options choose one.

Your main concern about your Google sheet file is that you cannot share it with your clients. Sharing your files in Google Docs with your friends is easy. First, visit Google Drive then log in to your account. Next, find the Google Sheet you want to share, right-click on it, and then select “Get link”. See image.
On the pop-up link, click “Sharing settings”. See image.
In “Share with others”, click Advanced. See image.
In “Sharing settings” screen under “Who has access”, click Change next to “Private – Only you can access”. See image.
In “Link sharing” screen, select “On – Anyone with the link” then click Save. See image.
After that, you will go back to “Sharing settings”. Now, right-click on the highlighted link under “Link to share” and then select Copy. See image.
Paste the link in notepad. Send emails to your clients and include the link in the body of the message. Once they received the email, they can access and edit the file. And that’s how you share a file in Google Docs with your friends and colleagues.
