Firefox fox news videos, cannot play with version 3.5.

Hi All,

I have a problem of Firefox fox news videos. My browser version is 3.5, it cannot display video. Could you give me your advice.

Firefox fox news videos, cannot play with version 3.5.

The reason of not playing the videos is that this version of firefox is very old. and it does not support flash player which is necessary for playing videos. so my advice is that upgrade your firefox to a newest version then download updated flash player from adobe website , and your videos will be playing on this browser.

Hi Nimrod,

In the Firefox 3.5 browser you can't see many news videos.As you know Firefox is automatically updated to its latest version.If for any reason your browser is not updated kindly follow the below steps to upgrade your Firefox browser.

1.At the top of the Firefox windows,click on the Firefox button then Tools menu then click options.

2.Now the options wizard will be opened up.Click on Advanced button.Click on update button.

3.You will find a circle shape just below the update button written as Automatically install updates(recommended:improved security).Click on that circle and the square shape box just below it.Then OK.

4. After successfully being updated your Mozilla Firefox browser restart your Firefox and now you can watch news video.

If your browser cannot display or stream videos, check if Flash Player is installed. All web browsers require this plug-in to be installed on the computer to be able to stream videos. Download the following and install on your computer:

• Adobe Flash Player ActiveX – this is the Flash Player plug-in for Microsoft Internet Explorer
• Adobe Flash Player NPAPI – this is the Flash Player plug-in for Mozilla Firefox
• Adobe Flash Player PPAPI – this is the Flash Player plug-in for Google Chrome, Opera, and other Chromium-based web browsers

If this doesn’t work, you need to update your web browser to the latest. For Firefox, go to Mozilla Firefox homepage and download the latest. For Chrome, go to Google Chrome download page and get the latest version. This link downloads the standalone installer. For Opera, go to Opera for PC and download the version for your operating system.

If the problem continues, check the availability of the video you are watching if it is available in your country. If the video is not available in your country, you can use VPN to bypass the restriction.
