Hi, I am an user of Firefox. Recently I am having a problem with it. Firefox says, it has encountered a problem and closing itself. The message says, Firefox.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for this inconvenience. I am using Firefox 35.0 beta version with Windows 7. Can anyone help me out?

If this is what’s happening to your Mozilla Firefox web browser then I guess you should try reinstalling it. I don’t see any problem associated to your operating system because Mozilla Firefox fully supports Microsoft Windows 7. Click Start, Control Panel, and then Add or Remove Programs. Select Mozilla Firefox then click Remove or Uninstall to uninstall it and then wait until it is finished.
After that, click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools then select Disk Cleanup. Select drive C then click OK. Check “Temporary files” and Setup Log Files, click OK then click Delete Files. Restart your computer then install Mozilla Firefox back. See if this works. Currently, there are 3 beta versions of Mozilla Firefox: Firefox 35.0 Beta 1, Firefox 35.0 Beta 2, and the latest Firefox 35.0 Beta 3.
In case you are using either beta 1 or beta 2, try installing beta 3. Download and install Mozilla Firefox 35.0 Beta 3.

Firefox has encountered a problem and closing itself.
Hello,
Such issue is possible if the executable file is corrupted or system files connected to it is broken. The only way to fix this issue is to use the latest stable release.
Download the latest Firefox installer. Uninstall the older one and install the latest one.
Unless you’re ready to undergo any trouble, use the stable releases of Firefox. The beta editions are for testing purpose, to help making the next generation Firefox.

Hello,
The installer executable may be corrupted and your system may be in needs of maintenance. Uninstall Firefox, download fresh installer software, clean (i.e., defragment, erase junk files, free disk space, run an antivirus scan) your system, and install the browser.
If this does not solve your problem, install an older version of Firefox. You can also build Firefox from scratch and configure the build for your hardware and software profile.
