Having come to a conclusion of the requirements of a computer system, computer users are often advice to select computer software's before they choose on hard wares.
What are the reasons for choosing the software's first rather than going for the hardware components.

FIRST PRIORITY BETWEEN COMPUTER SOFTWARES OVER HARDWARE PROCUREMENT
Though hardware's are to be first considered, most people talk about software's first. The reason behind it is the necessity. People usually think about their requirements, what they want to do with their computer. That's why they talk about the software side that will provide them their required things.
Hardware's are less talked about. But before buying you will also have to consider what are you buying. You cannot buy some bullshit with high end software's. That's the thing you have to consider.
Make sure that the computer parts that you taking is of better brands with good performance.
Thank you very much for your question.

FIRST PRIORITY BETWEEN COMPUTER SOFTWARES OVER HARDWARE PROCUREMENT
Here's my opinion on the topic:
First of all, the reason why we buy computers is because there is something that we want to do with it – namely, to run software. Same thing that we buy a TV because we want to watch TV programs that are being broadcast. If you're a gamer, you wouldn't buy a Mac simply because it is general knowledge that there are less games available for the Mac than there are for the PC.
If you're into photography or video editing, you would most likely buy a Mac because the best multimedia software are mostly written for Macs. So what I am saying is that first there has to be a need. Once you know what you need, it is easier to choose the equipment that will fulfill that need.
