Hello, My laptop is Lenova idea pad Z series Z570. I am using windows 7, problem in wifi utility win7. It’s seems to work smoothly sometime it is automatically disable. We have to run diagnostic to solve this problem. It is frustrating and pleases help. Thanks.

Hello there,
I did experienced that kind of problem before with my Lenovo laptop, you should run the diagnostic troubleshoot test because it can give you the idea regarding the cause of the problem. The wireless driver should be installed correctly or properly to avoid this kind of problem, or if the wireless connectivity was doing well last month or last two months you can choose system restore and select the date which it was still working properly. It is how to reset all the installation and changes on your recent computer activity.

Hi there

When the drivers are properly installed it cannot be a problem in your laptop it may be a problem with router or the internet.

1st Check whether how many people are using your Wi-Fi and if 2 or more people are using. If so try disconnecting other devices from Wi-Fi and use it

2nd Even after disconnecting if you are facing problem check the router settings are properly configured

3rd Even after above two ways are done and if u still having the problem inform your service provider, because when the connection drops from the server of service provider also this happens
