Fix A Gateway Laptop To Save Our Files From Getting Lost.

You can perform the following solutions to fix your laptop:

1) SYSTEM RESTORE

–>Restart your system and press F8 key.

–>You will be redirected to advanced boot menu.

–>Click safe mode with command prompt.

–>Type rstui.exe in the command window and press enter.

–>Select a restore point and click next.

–>Wait till the process is complete and then restart your desktop.

2) FACTORY RESET THE LAPTOP

–>Before the reset, back up all your essential data.

–>Restart the laptop and press Alt + F10 when the logo appears.

–>You will be redirected to recovery manager.

–>Click ’restore operating system to factory outlets’.

–>Wait till the restore process comes to an end.

–>Create your Windows account when prompted.

–>All your data vanishes and laptop behaves like a new purchased laptop.
