To Fix The Issue Of Konica Minolta Waste Toner Box.

I am repeatedly getting an error message to install a waste toner box. When installed, I go to print and it started beeping. Do I own a Konica Minolta waste toner box, if anyone can help?

To Fix The Issue Of Konica Minolta Waste Toner Box.

You would be able to see a waste toner box located on the right side of the printer. It is would be a white plastic container. Check to make sure if it is there and installed properly with a fully closed door. In case, you are able to see everything, it may be full.

There shall supposed to be a waste toner that contains in the box. If you don’t possess a new container, you can try to empty the one that is already in the printer, but you will have to be careful. The toner is said to be a fine powder and it may be can get all over if not done correctly. If ever you mistakenly spill toner, don’t ever use water or any other kind of liquid to clean it. If you try and still empty the container and the machine still inform you to be replaced.

It may be because there still can be toner inside the container.
