This error popup when there is some error in registry sub key during installation.
There are two methods given below. You can try them:

1. Method 1:
a. Set permission to EVERYONE in registry sub keys.

2. By disabling third-party apps

a. Right click on ‘Web Root Spy sweeper.’

b. Left-click the Shut Down option.

c. Clicks retry.

d. After completion, restart the computer and enable Sky sweeper.

There are applications and games that when you install will only copy the program into the “Program Files” folder and creates a shortcut on the desktop. But if the application you wish to install will require writing to the registry, you will need an administrator account to install it.
