Hello everyone, My cable network is unable to establish an internet connection with my system. I am using 802.11n cable. Kindly help with the 802.11n USB wireless LAN card error solving tips.

Fix Network Problem With 802.11n USB Wireless LAN Card Manually

Step1. Launch the Windows Update Troubleshooter on your system.

Step2. Open a command prompt.

Step3. Enter “sfc /scannow” command.

Step4. Try the installation process.

Step5. Now run the DSIM tool.

Step6. Enter the “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” command.

Fix Network Problem With 802.11n USB Wireless LAN Card Manually

An 802.11n wireless LAN card is simply a Wi-Fi adapter just like the one built-in to a laptop. This is normally used on desktop computers that don’t have Wi-Fi capability unlike with a laptop. If you are using this on a desktop computer, you cannot use it to directly connect to the internet. Because it is Wi-Fi, you need a Wi-Fi network to connect it to.

If you are using a Wi-Fi router at home, you can connect your computer to your Wi-Fi router using this 802.11n wireless LAN card. Once your computer is connected to the router or to the Wi-Fi network, that’s the only time you can connect to the internet.

You need to configure your 802.11n wireless LAN card with your router’s correct SSID and password to be able to connect to the internet.
