Hello everyone, yesterday I was trying to send an encrypted format of mail but fail and display an error message. Kindly help me to solve the Outlook encryption problems manually.

Fix Outlook Encryption Problems Manually

1. Navigate to the tools menu and select Options.

2. Click Security tab.

3. Visit Default settings and choose settings.

4. You can hit on Choose and view the Certificate.

5. Go to Digital IDs (Certificates) and select Publish to GAL.

6. Hit OK button.

7. When the dialog box for the successful appears to then select OK.

8. To close Options screen click OK.
