Fix problem of acer e lock manager

Hi,

I downloaded the Acer lock manager software and enable it for my drive after locked my drive forget my password of Acer lock manager. Now i want to know how I recover it and after recovered I want to disable it if any body have any solution please give or contact my email .

Fix problem of acer e lock manager

 

Hello Roy,

I already encounter this problem; since you already forgot the password there is no way to recover it unless you uninstall the program.

1. Go to control panel then look for Acer eLock management
2. Now choose uninstall
3. Reboot your pc
4. Now install the Acer eLock management

Please be reminded that if your using “Personal Secure Disk” or the PSD any data on it will not be accessible anymore because the supervisor pass is the key to access it.
