I bought a 2 TB Seagate external herd drive. I put some music, videos, and pictures. I didn't store a large data into it. But it started running slow. It takes some time before opening. I am unable to disconnect it. How to fix Seagate external hard drive?

Step 1: Download and install iCare Data Recovery on the computer. After launching the software, choose the proper recovery module.
Step 2: Select the drive letter of the Seagate external hard drive.
