Hi, I am a user of windows 10. While updating my windows I am encountering an error named windows update error 80070020. Please help me to resolve it.

Fix The Windows Update Error 80070020

If you see Windows Update error 80070020, another program might be interfering with Windows Update. Restart your computer and run Windows Update again.

Another way to try and solve the error problem is to boot up your PC in Safe Mode by pressing the F8 key during the startup process. When you are prompted, choose Safe Mode with Networking and then press the Enter key.

Choosing Safe Mode with Networking will provide you with Internet connectivity which is needed to install Windows updates. Proceed to install the necessary updates and then reboot mode again safe Mode again and then choose Start Windows Normally.
