I have a problem that has probably sent other people. I do not have time to look for all the questions and answers already announced. So, I apologize if you’ve ever seen this question explicitly 1,000,000 times. I had an Update on July 27, 2017. This was absolutely a Windows update. Since then, all of my Windows, Word, and desktop toolbar icons have disappeared to the lowest level and I can not open programs, documents, or even bytes of Windows-related malware.

I always have the following: Unfortunately, this program can not be opened because of wow64win.dll error from the start menu. Can someone please help me do I need to perform wow64win dll download? I write books and even if I have them stored on a chip, my Dragon software system and each of my writing tasks will be measured on my PC.

I visited many websites saying that they would do it, but nothing works. I also bought a recovery / repair floppy that can not restore my windows in a hospitable way, because it is precisely this DLL that is used to boot the disks at startup. terribly frustrating !!
