Fixing 0x8007139f

Hello everyone, I am a long-time Windows user and I am currently working on version 17134.81 of Windows Ten. I had some problems with my dedicated video card in the last few weeks and I could only solve it with a clean installation of Windows. So everything went well and started to calculate correctly again. However, after the installation in due time, I have a problem with my personal account: I tried to make main access with the keyword and settings. However, I am currently trying to verify my account or access the Windows Store. I get the error code 0x8007139f. How can I fix this?
