Fixing An Api Call Exited Abnormally

I can not add new folders to Fast Access.since an error occurs that says an api call exited abnormally. Please help us to fix this problem.

I looked for Ciao for the solution to this problem and finally found it today:

Run the following command in the cmd as admin:

% appdata% \ microsoft \ windows \ recent \ autoestations \ *
