Fixing the color incorrect for Dell B2360d printer in desktop

Hi!

I just recently bought this printer from the retail store. I having difficulties using it. Can you help me with this? Can you give me reason why this keeps on happening? It keeps on giving me incorrect colors in my printing. Can you give me ways or resolving this issue? Can you give me alternative ways also? Is there any software that I can use to automatically resolve this problem? Please provide me what are the best features that this printer can offer? Thank you!
