Fixing HRESULT: 0x80070422

I’m trying to put five in Adobe Lightroom on a very big thirteen XPS laptop running Windows 7 SP1 (64-bit operating system). During installation, error 1935 occurs. HRESULT: 0x80070422 is returned. I search in vain for solutions via MS support and Adobe support.

I had the same inconvenience. It seems that my Windows Installer Modules service has been disabled. Visitor Panel, Physical Services, Aboriginal Services. Certify that the startup sort for Windows Installer (TrustedInstaller) is set to Automatic
