I own a regular PS3, and I recently downloaded tried downloading the patch from the PSN store, but I was unable to do so. As I tried to update GTA5, it showed PS3 update error 80710723. How do I fix it?

Fixing PS3 Update Error 80710723 Without Any Hassle.

Though I can’t guarantee that the following method will work for every PS3 model, but it works for more than 50 percent of them. Follow these simple steps:

1. Go to your common internet browser and press the button with a triangle on it.
2. Explore the tools menu to find cookies. Delete all the cookies.
3. Come back to Tools menu and again delete all the search history as well.
4. Delete the Cache as well.

Now, try to run the update again. Hope it works.
