I was trying to select some information from my database, but the error SBL-SMI-00077 occurred. Why this error and what should I do?
This error means that the cause of the problem is not the actual process but something else in the log. There can be many situations related to it like, multiple mobile nodes, or as in this case data extraction. For removal of error, try searching for the root cause. Follow these steps as a plan of action –
1. Check for the existence of the file or directory. If you make sure that it is not present then find a computer or device with the same version with a running database extractor.
2. From that computer try matching the files in the Siebel folder, if the missing one is found on the other computer then copy it and paste it at the location.
3. If it is not found then, the whole network needs to be re-installed. Before installation try removing any component which can harm the computer and update your antivirus software
4. After re-installing it should work.
