Fixing Zune Contact Support 5

Zune 120 GB displays an error message “Contact support 5”. I followed the reset instructions, but still no luck. How will I solve this issue of Zune contact support 5?

Fixing Zune Contact Support 5

After replacing my Zune LCD, this message appeared. I unmounted the Zune again and found that I had not correctly replaced the card strip. Once the tape was correctly replaced, the Zune worked perfectly. I hope it works.
