Flash doesn’t recognize the Photoshop file

I have a Photoshop file which I want to import to a Flash document. However, I am receiving error. I am importing the whole .psd file as a single image. I already check on the Photoshop Preferences and everything, yet I am still getting the error below. How can I resolve this issue?

Flash doesn't recognize the file format of 'Start02.psd'. Would you like to try import via QuickTime?

Flash doesn’t recognize the Photoshop file

This error will most likely appear if you are running Windows. QuickTime is essential for opening Flash files in Flash. If you are running a Mac PC, QuickTime comes pre-installed with it so you won't be able to receive this issue. So to fix this, you need to install QuickTime. Just go to Apple's official site and download QuickTime then install. And then, just click on the Yes button on the error message to import your PSD file through QuickTime.
