Hi. The steps which need to be followed as to how do I make a signature in Outlook are-
1) Click on new message
2) Then in the message tab, click on include and then click on signatures
3) Click on new in the e-mail signature option
4) Click on OK after entering a name of the signature
5) Type the text to be included in the edit signature option
6) Select the formatting options in case you wish to modify the text font or size
7) Other than text, images etc. can also be added
8) After you are done creating the signature, click on OK Steps to add signature to a message are as follows-
1) Click on new message
2) Then in the message tab, click on include and then click on signatures
3) In the e-mail account list, under Choose default signature, click on the account to which the signature is to be linked
4) Select the signature which is to be included in the new messages list
5) In the reply or forward list, select the signature which is to be included
