Forza Horizon 4 Error Code 0x803F8001

Was hoping to play a little bit tonight, but ended up getting this error message. Wondering if anyone has gotten this issue. Checked the Microsoft store and the game is up-to-date. I’m guessing some server issues currently for the release of the DLC? Anyone else getting this?

Error code “0x803F8001” in Forza Horizon 4 is the same error code you see in Forza Horizon 3. To fix this, first, update Windows 10 to the latest version then update your video card driver. See the following list of manufacturers:

Restart the computer after installing any update. After booting, log out your Microsoft account from all places like the web browser and the Microsoft store. After this, log in back to the Microsoft store only then search for “Forza Horizon 4.” Your search will return a message that you already own the game. Next, update the game to your hard drive.

If you can’t locate your game on the top right next to the search bar, go to “My Library” then click “Games.” Click “Show all” then click “Unhide this show bring it up.” Proceed to download the update.
