Hi guys,
I have a problem with my foxit reader, while I was using foxit reader in the middle of my reading with my PDF file, foxit reader stopped and displayed an error message, the error message stated that foxit reader encountered a problem and needs to close,
I posted below the screen shot of the error.

If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost.
After I got the error message, I restated my computer in hope its just a minor glitz, but when I am back with my reading, after a short while same problem persisted, please help me figure out what went wrong with my foxit reader, thanks a lot.

Have you tried re-installing the Foxit Reader, if not then installing the program again may resolve the problem.

Hi good day.
You get and error of your foxit reader during you open the PDF file.
The best solution of this kind of error is.

Open foxit reader.

Go to Help & go to Check for Updates Now.

Wait until finish updating.

Select Firefox plugin from the list and click on add.

Now you will be able to open PDF file within your browser.

Foxit closed in the middle of my work
That problem is obviously from the application. If you still have the installer, try to uninstall and reinstall the application. Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install it. Once installed, start Revo Uninstaller then select your Foxit Reader among the applications and click “Uninstall.” Follow the normal uninstall process.
When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and then delete everything it finds. This will remove everything the program created on your computer. When it is finished, exit Revo Uninstaller then install Foxit Reader back. See if this works. Also, try downloading the latest Foxit Reader if you haven’t updated yet.
The latest version at the moment supports Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and Windows 10. Windows XP and Windows Vista are no longer supported.
