All you need to do is make yourself a dynamic and eye catching website to post all your portfolios in. You don't need to download anything, but you might need to sign up for this website to be able to start.

I can highly recommend Wix for your online portfolio need.

You just need to go to the website, choose which template you like and there you go, upload as much portfolios that you like.
