Free Dynamic service offering static IP conversion

Hello

Can anyone here tell me Is there any free dynamic service offering static ip conversion? as I have a 125kbps connection, Windows Xp system and a domain registered.  So that I can host a website to my computer.

Hi,

 This is an interesting question which got me interested in researching it as I too am interested where this kind of service does exist and apparently it does and there are also paid servers that offer the same . But do take note that the reason they may be free is that they don’t offer as much features as the paid version but nonetheless it’s a service worth trying. One such free site would be http://freedns.afraid.org/. You would have to create an account with them and follow their instructions on how to create or move your domain. A paid version that you should also check out would be: http://www.dnsexit.com/Direct.sv?cmd=11. It’s relatively cheap so you might want to check it out.
