1. Ophcrack: Even the basic knowledge is enough for using this to break the Windows password cracker. We don't need access to Windows for using it. We can download ISO image from another computer; then we can burn it and boot from it.

2. Offline NT Password & Registry Editor: It erases the Windows password rather than recovering it. It is like Ophcrack. You can access Windows without the password.
