Are there available software site scripts where I can store my files? I need a software repository script that has multilingual options, manageable domains and customized links? Any freeware available?

Google search would give you many suggestions. I did a search and found several software most of them are commercial products but still there are some free software available. Go to below links.

Commercial products do have more features than free versions and also good customer support as well. So you should consider buying software if you are able to afford it.
