FRM-92101 There was a failure in the form server during startup

Whenever the total number of users who are accessing this application crosses its limit I get the following error message;

FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup. This could happen due to invalid

configuration.

Please look into the web-server log file for details.

Details OK

I don’t know how I can fix it. I don’t have any way to hold the number of the users to a certain fixed one.

Please help.

FRM-92101 There was a failure in the form server during startup

Hi James,

Try to access from the Internet Explorer 6, 7, 8 or M. Firefox to R12.1 because maybe is due to the invalid configuration of Forms Server during start-up. And the best resolution to fix this problem is to follow these steps:

1. Disable the XSS filter in IE.
2. Go to Options.
3. Choose Security and then, go to Custom.

FRM-92101 There was a failure in the form server during startup

 

Hey there James, 

This problem seems to be originating from some invalid registry entries. To solve this issue please follow the following:

On Run command > Type RegEdit > Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE sub tree and then go to SystemCurrentControlSetControlSession ManagerSubSystem

Make sure that the default value were 1024,3072,512 and the modified values are 1024,20480,5112
Go to Control panel ( Middle tier) > click OPMN for middle tier > LOG ON >
Then, Check Allow Service to Interact with Desktop.

A reboot is required after this process, hope this helps.
