I am used to powerpoint 2007 in all my projects, about reporting presentations with sound clips attached on it. I am just curious about powerpoint draw add-on. What is that kind of feature, how can it help me?

Functions of Drawing Add-ons in PowerPoint 2007

The draw feature of MS Powerpoint is to allow people to make flowcharts or other customized representations.

As for my experience, I use it to draw system architectures. I prefer using it rather than other applications because it is very simple to use, all the shapes and arrows that you need are accessible and you can save it as an image.

It can also be used for putting labels or texts in pictures (just like paint or other photo editors). The feature is very flexible and can be used in many ways.
