Hi,

Have you tried to delete your GameGuard Folder? Perhaps, you should try it. Your GameGuard will update or install automatically. If the error still occurs, try to disable your anti-virus and firewall, some particular files from you GameGuard might be blocked by your anti-virus and firewall.

I hope this will help you to fix your problem.

In GameGuard’s FAQ page, there is no error code “1010” listed. But since the problem there is with GameGuard, try applying the solution intended for error code “114”. In GameGuard, you may receive error code “114” when a problem is encountered with the game client or with GameGuard itself. The solution is to delete the GameGuard folder and all GameGuard-related files and then launch the game.

Start “Windows Explorer” then navigate to the installation folder of your game then locate the “GameGuard” folder. Delete the “GameGuard” folder inside the game client’s folder. Next, navigate to “C:\Program Files\Common Files\INCA Shared\OnlineEngine” then delete all ERL files (*.erl). After this, try launching your game again and see if it works. This should fix the problem.

If this doesn’t fix the problem, go to GameGuard FAQ and try some other methods.
