Hello,
I heard about Google Drive and how this cloud storage technology can let you share your files and integrate it with Google apps. I was wondering if GDrive is available for public use? What will be its features? Is it free or a paid cloud service?
Is GDrive Ready To The Public?
Â
Google drive is not yet available to the public. Rumors say that it will be launched next week, tentatively Tuesday, as mentioned by TNW (thenextweb.com) in their website. This cloud service will offer five gigabytes of free storage. If you want to add more online storage capacity, you have to shell out at least five dollars per twenty gigabytes of virtual drive space. It is by far cheaper compared to its rivals, such as the pricey iCloud pegged at $40, among others. Integration of Google drive into Google apps and other features are still in development. We will just have to wait until it is officially released to consumers.Â
