General ledger use php JavaScript

I'm trying to create a web based general ledger for multiple accounts using mysql query but keeps on producing only one account.  Do I have to switch off javascript?  Need urgent help in creating general ledger use php javascript.

I have researched few minutes on Google and have found a code that may help you. Try the attached database. If the first code doesn't help, then try the second one. The second code would be more easier and sufficient for you to use. Try it and give your feedback. Good luck with your ledger.
