Generic Host Process for Win32 services problem in my machine

I am getting Generic Host Process for Win32 services problem in my machine. When this dialog comes my system is being hanged. I am getting 4 or 5 times a day. I am loosing my data when this error comes. Kindly resolve this problem.

Generic Host Process for Win32 services problem in my machine

The error defines that you are running Windows XP with service pack 2. After looking into Microsoft updates I have come to know that the latest update on your computer will be 873333(MS05-012).

This is a very common issue and Microsoft has released an update to fix this problem. So before doing anything important try to run the update of windows.to do the updates do the following steps.

1. Visit Windows XP website.
2. In the Validation Recommended, select continue and keep following steps. This will install all the updates.
3. You can also try download a hotfix from Microsoft site directly from here.
4. In all of these steps, there is no loss of data so you can do these steps with ease.
