Hello guys,
I met an error while using Microsoft Office InfoPath. The error message goes:
Microsoft Office InfoPath
The following computer running Windows SharePoint Services does not contain the required InfoPath from template:http//server2008:81
A generic from template will be used instead.
This is my first time to encounter this message. I am also new in using Microsoft Office InfoPath. As I looked for some discussion over the internet, there is no such topic that fits my scenario and the application has no help topic about this error message. So I am posting this scenario here in techyv to get some advices on how to solve this issue.
Thanks a lot guys.

MS-Office InfoPath: Windows SharePoint Services Error
If you use Windows XP or 7, it must be updated on local connection. It is not so a big problem. So you got from your system.
At first you check out your personal computer connection and proxy. Disk space must be kept available because if you install the MS InfoPath it contains many data to your computer. If you have Windows XP, then also check it out.
At times MS Office InfoPath services indicate on your Windows services, so keep up the latest configuration for use.
Another reason is that maybe the upgrade version breaks the serial code you used. Carefully read all reports when you install the system.
Thanks.
MS-Office InfoPath: Windows SharePoint Services Error
I think your Microsoft Office InfoPath has a missing template file in it or if it is not missing the template probably doesn’t match the template that is expected by the server. This is probably caused by some corrupted files in your system. You can try uninstalling Microsoft Office InfoPath then check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. Then after that, install Microsoft Office InfoPath again. This procedure will install the original copy of the template from the original setup file.
You may also try scanning your system for possible virus infection. Update your antivirus then run a full system scan on your computer.
