Hello Jermaineporterr,
You have to follow some of the steps in order to fix your problem. You have to go to the following location to see that either they are working in a correct order or not.Â
1) User -> User Rules ->RoleName ->General.Â
After that you have to see that either the network connection is enabled or not. Create a new network user profile by going to the following steps.
2) User -> Resource -> Network connection.
I hope that after this you cannever get the problem that you mentioned there.

Hi Jermaineporterr,
I have searched for the solution of the problem you are having. It is a most common problem and before you i have learned about the problem occurring in some aspects but the good news is you can notify apple authority of the problem or also can update the latest version 10.8 but the version is also hazardous so better if you update 10.7 that will be best for you.
Go to the link to get your apps work fine:

Good luck.

Hello,
Due to Gate Keeper settings on Mac OSX 10.8 (Mountain Lion), installing the Junos Pulse using the Standalone installer package using the finder may fail. To resolve this issue, in the Security and Privacy Settings allow applications downloaded from should be set to "Anywhere." DNS servers assigned only by DHCP will work completely on Junos Pulse for Macintosh or Mountain Lion. If Java is not installed, install Java and enable Java on MacOS before downloading Junos Pulse. If missing plug-in link appears on the bottom of the browser, you will need to click on this link and follow on screen instruction in installing Java plug-in. If Java is installed already, click the back or Refresh button on the browser to continue the Junos Pulse deployment.Â
