Hallo,
I bought a new DELL laptop the other day and was assured that it was already installed with High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP) because I wanted to play Blu-Ray movies as they are of high quality. After inserting the Blu-Ray CD so as to play the movie, I got the error message below. Is it a problem with the Power DVD? Please help
Warning
Fail to enable HDCP. Please switch to analog output (VGA, D-Sub) and try again. – (Error Code = 0110)
Please run the BD/HD Advisor tool for more information.
Thank you.
Get an error while trying to play Blu-Ray movie using PowerDVD.
Hi
This problem can be happened due to several situations. Below I have mentioned about some situations. If you are in any of those situations you can try out the suggestions I have given and try to open it.
If you are using two ROM’s just try it with after removing one ROM. Still the problem is occurs just remove your hard disk drive and re assemble it and again try to open the Blu-ray movie on Power DVD.
Or else
This error might be occur because of the high resolution, If you using high resolution on your computer the Power DVD might not support it. To fix it just decrease the resolution of the display and try to open the movie.
