Get “internal error:(3.821).3.177. Please contact the Star Diagnostic Call Center”
I use a MB Star Diagnostic Tool C4 to read error codes from the ECU of my Mercedes. Version 07-2012 DAS/Xentry installed on a T30 IBM. Everything worked fine until I got infested by a virus.
I removed it with Norton antivirus and ever since I've stayed offline. Since this incident, DAS have refused to communicate with me C4 multiplexer. My SDNC have connected shows two green bars. I get "internal error:(3.821).3.177" while trying to connect and the last three numbers keep changing on each attempt. Pic. Enclosed.
